We bottled the salon so you can have amazing hair, from home. With Vollie, you’ll feel empowered to take up space, find your voice, and turn up the volume on your confidence.

Yes, we’re clean…but we’re also so much more. All of our products are thoughtfully & expertly formulated without Silicones, Parabens, Phthalates, Mineral Oils, Petrolatum or Sulfates (including SLE & SLES). All products are vegan, gluten-free, cruelty-free and color safe. 

Vollie haircare products are proudly made in the U.S.A. using both U.S. and imported ingredients. Our Vollie comb is crafted in Switzerland, and the Shower Shelf is produced in China.

Our products are available in the U.S. at vollieverse.com. Our products may be available at select US salons & retailers in the future, as we explore potential partnerships to bring Vollie directly to your favorite beauty destinations.

We currently offer shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or Military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. However, we are actively working on expanding internationally so that customers outside the U.S. can experience Vollie products as well.

Yes! Enjoy free ground shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Please note, this offer doesn’t apply to Alaska and Hawaii, where shipping is available at a flat rate of $20. Additional shipping options and fees will be displayed at checkout.

We know you're excited to receive your products, and we're working hard to get them to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing, shipment, and delivery. We'll do our best to get them to you even sooner! Please note that orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take a bit longer to arrive.

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns of unused or gently used items within 30 days from the date of purchase. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. To start the return process, please visit our returns portal here. A handling fee of $10 USD will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable. Once processed, refunds will typically appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days.
